Has my order been shipped yet?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email to confirm that it’s on its way. From there it should be delivered within the timescale we advertise. Your order can be tracked by clicking on the link in the shipping confirmation e-mail.
I have received a faulty item
Norse Projects stands for the highest quality so if you think there is a fault with an item you have received, please contact us immediately. We will try to resolve any issue with a faulty item as quickly as possible but we need you to tell us as soon as you discover the fault. Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods and we will get an alternative sorted out for you.
I have received an incorrect item in my order
If you have received an incorrect item in your order, let us know straight away by contacting our Customer Service Team. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org – they will try and sort it out for you immediately.
An item is missing from my order
Sometimes we don’t send everything you’ve ordered at the same time, so first of all, check your delivery note or dispatch emails to see if the missing. If there is an item on the delivery note that is not in your parcel then contact Customer Service immediately.
Include your Order Number and the Name of the item you wanted, and we’ll look into it.
How do I return my order?
Norse Projects offers a simple and easy return service. Simply post the goods to be returned (in original, unused condition) to:

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive the returned goods, we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours. A refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase. We require that you ship the returned goods with a valid track and trace number for security and to make sure the package will not disappear during transit.
I want to exchange an item
We do not offer exchanges on any items. Instead, simply follow the instructions above and you will be issued a refund when we receive the unwanted product. In the meantime, you can place an order for the correctly sized item and it will be shipped immediately
