1. ORDERING WITH NORSE PROJECTS
Confirmation:
By approving these terms & conditions and confirming your order, a binding agreement is entered into. When we have received your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
Age restrictions:
Parental or guardian consent is required for customers under the age of 18. The name and telephone number of the person giving consent shall be entered in the message box at the checkout.
PAYMENT TYPES
Credit/Debit cards:
We accept payment via Dankort, VISA and MasterCard. When paying by card you will be asked for the card number, its period of validity and the CVC code. We use a security standard called 3D-Secure, developed by VISA and MasterCard. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. We do not store card numbers after the transaction has been completed.
Paypal:
PayPal allows secure payment from your bank account, credit card or PayPal account. More information about PayPal is available here.
Prices:
All displayed prices include Danish VAT of 25%. Prices do not include service, payment or delivery charges. Norse Projects retains the right to change prices at any time. Prices can be displayed in the following currencies:

US Dollars (USD)
Euro (EUR)
VAT exempt purchases (for customers outside of the EU):
We offer tax free purchases on orders from Non-EU countries. Prices do not include service, payment, and delivery charges. VAT (20% of total price) will be removed automatically in the checkout process when the shipping country is selected.
Local taxes:
Please note that local charges (customs duty, sales tax) can occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at your own expense.
2. WARRANTIES AND RETURNS
Right of return:
Purchases can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt of goods. You have the right to open the package to check your goods, but products must be returned unused. You will be refunded for the value of the product(s), excluding the shipping.
- All original packaging with pricing, labels, hang tags etc. must be intact.
- No tape is to be attached to the product or the products packaging.
- Hats and caps must be returned in a box to protect their form.
Returns which do not comply with the above listed criteria will be refused. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us, so send the package with a traceable service so it can be located.
If you wish to exchange an item for another colour or size then place an order for the new item and return the original. The purchase price of the original item will be refunded upon receipt and inspection.
Free returns on Danish orders:
Danish orders may be returned free of charge within 14 days. A paid parcel sticker is included with all Danish orders.
Warranty claims:
All Norse Projects products come with a 2 year warranty against faults in materials and manufacture. This warranty covers production faults, not wear and tear from regular use. If you believe you have a warranty claim, please contact customer care. Include order number, photos of the suspected fault and a brief description of the claim.
3. SHIPPING
General:
Norseprojects.com sends orders with Post Danmark and Fedex. All packages are insured and have a tracking number so the package can be traced. An email containing the tracking number will be sent to you upon shipping of the order.
Delivery time:
European orders: 1-3 working days.
Other countries: 2-5 working days..
Shipping rates:
Within Denmark: DKK 70
Within Europe: EUR 10
USA and Canada: USD 20
Other Countries: USD 30

Norse Projects handles your personal information in the strictest confidence. We will never give any of your personal information to third parties and all information entered is encrypted under handling.
