NORSE PROJECTS

To coincide with the return of CHART Art Fair, Norse Projects have taken the opportunity to follow and document the process behind ‘Situated Exteriors’, Studio Gestalt’s (Anja Fange-Larsen, Kathrine Holm Birkbak-Madsen, Joe McKenzie) centrepiece pavilion exhibiting at Charlottenborg Kunsthal. The three members of the design team are recent graduates from the Royal Danish Academy, School of Architecture in Copenhagen, Denmark. SITUATED EXTERIORS invites visitors to explore the subtle architectural details of Charlottenborg through a spatially interactive pavilion. Details from within the courtyard have been reconstructed using lightweight materials, outlining their volume through an almost transparent structure.
